CRYSTAL AND ISABEL This is a weblog for Crystal Sun Zhao and Isabel Sun Zhao. As parents, we'd like to keep the records for them as much as we can.

Every day, we can feel Crystal is growing, becoming more conscious about what happens around her. This morning, before I was leaving for work, Crystal kept on grabing me and wouldn’t let me go. When I finally passed Crystal to mom and stepped in the elevator, Crystal started to cry, very loudly… I was really touched at that moment. Have never seen anyone who want me that badly. 🙂

Finally, finally, the right lower right central incisor comes out. Jimmy and me are so excited to see her tooth several times today.

Height: 71cm

H.C.: 46cm

She can stand up by holding the playard from the sofabed. She can also easily sit up from lying position by herself. I couldn’t leave her alone for more than one minute.

Shelley who is Liwen’s daughter was born on Nov. 16, 2002. I met Liwen in the prenatal class at July 2002.

Shelley is fatter than Crystal and eat a lot. She has 8 teeth now. Shelley is very happy when she sees Crystal, but Crystal is scared at the beginning.

Crystal stretches out her hand to me, when she feels scared. This is the first time she throws herself to me for helping. 🙂

This video is really, really good. Crystal and mom are getting along with each other so well. You just can’t believe that Crystal is so happy. This video file’s size is 3M. You probably need a high speed connection to see it smoothly.

She smiles to the strangers outside. Before that she doesn’t smile to them and looks very serious. Today is different and looks she changed. When somebody play with (DOU) her, she look at them for a while and then smiles. If she could touch them, she will try to pull their necklace or ear ring. Very bad. 🙂

Since Crystal has crawled, we have to find something safety for her. Songyan suggested us to buy a playard for her. Yesterday evening, we went to the Sears and found one for her. This morning, I put her in it and she likes to play toys inside.
